CERTAIN's Patient Voices Survey Center was established in 2009 to support outbound survey distribution for point-of-care and long-term direct to patient follow-up for healthcare quality improvement, research studies, and non-hypothesis driven technology surveillance. The Survey Center team has extensive knowledge and experience in conceptualizing and implementing large survey research projects.
The Patient Voices Survey Center has several patient survey registries for quality improvement on-going, as well as short-term and long-term research studies.
